Thank you so much for viewing my items. At this time I am a work-from-home mama, not a robot, that puts lots of love and time into creating unique and comfortable items. All items are handmade and may have small inconsistencies that do not affect function. Due to the custom and/or personal nature of these items, they may not be returned. Please reach out to me if there is anything I can help you with, however.

Most shipping happens on Mondays. If you happen to order on a Monday night, it will not be shipped until the following Monday. All orders will be shipped with insurance to be paid by the consumer, typically less than $3. Shipping overages over $1 will be returned to the customer as store credit for future orders. If you place multiple orders, they will no longer be combined as of 3/29/21. This will help ensure a faster turnaround time for you.

If you've placed an order and need to make a change to it we can do so in the first 48 hours after an order was placed. There will be a $5 order change fee due to the amount of time it takes to discuss the change with you, invoice you, as well as change my meticulous spreadsheets. This $5 order change fee does not include the price difference of different styles. For example if you order regular-waisted underwear and want to change it to high-waisted it will be the $5 change fee plus $2 to change it to high waisted for cotton underwear.
