Hemp/Organic Cotton/Spandex underwear are 52% hemp, 43% organic cotton, and 5% spandex

** bamboo cotton French terry (67% bamboo/28% cotton/5% spandex) with organic cotton spandex bands

****These are small full coverage but due to the stretch of them they will fit someone who wears a medium
